Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gas Contractor Connect, operated by Cambri Compliance LLC (opens in a new tab) ("Cambri Compliance LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the site, submitting a listing application, creating a provider account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

Gas Contractor Connect is a directory that helps natural-gas contractors, consultants, and related service businesses ("providers") be found by utilities, pipeline operators, project owners, and other visitors. The directory shows only company listings that have been submitted for publication and approved through our review process.

Some features described in marketing pages, such as project or service requests, may be labeled Coming Soon and are not yet available. This document describes the service as it actually exists; features that are not live are not promised by these Terms.

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the service, and if you use it on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Provider workspace accounts are created only after a listing application has been accepted for listing. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

When you submit a listing application, you represent that the company and contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on the company's behalf.

Gas Contractor Connect reviews listing applications to confirm that a business appears legitimate, that the submitter is connected to it, and that submitted information is reasonably accurate. This review — and any resulting listing status such as "accepted for listing," "listing information verified," or "company identity review" — is not an endorsement, certification, licensing determination, safety determination, or guarantee of a company's work, qualifications, licensing, insurance, or safety practices. We never describe a listed company as "vetted."

Directory inclusion, publication, or Spotlight placement never guarantees leads, work, or business outcomes, and does not make Gas Contractor Connect a party to any agreement between a directory visitor and a listed provider.

We may decline, suspend, correct, or remove a listing at our discretion — for example for inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading information, or for conduct that violates these Terms.

Creating and maintaining a directory listing is free. Contractors, consultants, and other participating providers are not charged listing fees, lead fees, referral fees, commissions, response fees, acceptance fees, or pay-to-play placement fees.

Utilities, pipeline operators, project owners, and other visitors are not charged to search the directory or contact participating providers.

We do not claim this is "free forever." We may introduce paid features in the future, but any such change would apply prospectively and would not retroactively charge you for participation already described as free.

Contractor Spotlight is a free, rotating featured placement shown to directory visitors. Participation in Spotlight and the underlying Spot Points system does not cost providers anything and cannot be purchased.

One eligible published company may receive the sitewide Spotlight of the Day for approximately one Eastern business day. The sitewide Spotlight may appear above search results even when it does not match a visitor’s selected filters.

Eligible published listings earn one Spot Point for each Eastern business day (America/New_York); weekend days continue displaying Friday’s Spotlight. The provider with the highest Spot Point balance is featured as the Spotlight for that business day. After selection, that provider’s current Spot Points reset to zero and its lifetime Spotlight count increases by one. Non-winners keep their balances.

Matching search results default to highest current Spot Points to lowest. Search activity and search-result position do not add, subtract, spend, or reset Spot Points. Exact balances remain internal. Visitors may choose another available sorting method at any time.

Spotlight placement and directory order do not indicate endorsement, quality, certification, preference, or recommendation by Gas Contractor Connect. We may adjust rotation rules to preserve fairness, security, and reliable operation.

You agree not to: submit false, fraudulent, or misleading company or contact information; impersonate a business or person you are not authorized to represent; attempt to bypass rate limits, verification, or security controls; scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract directory data outside normal browsing; interfere with the operation of the site; or use the contact form or listing application to submit unlawful, abusive, or spam content.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, suspending or terminating access, or reporting unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.

The Gas Contractor Connect name, logo, and site design are owned by Cambri Compliance LLC (opens in a new tab) or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

You retain ownership of the company information, descriptions, and other content you submit for your listing. By submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the public directory, for as long as your listing remains published, and as reasonably needed to maintain historical records afterward.

Provider listings may include a link to the provider's own website when the provider has chosen to display one. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites linked from the directory.

Gas Contractor Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the directory will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccurate listing information, and we do not guarantee the qualifications, licensing, insurance, safety practices, work quality, or business conduct of any listed provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, in connection with the service and any listing information displayed through it.

Any decision to contact, hire, or work with a listed provider — or to respond to a directory visitor — is made at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cambri Compliance LLC (opens in a new tab) and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of Gas Contractor Connect, any listing information, or any interaction with another user, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you to that extent.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cambri Compliance LLC (opens in a new tab) harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes or violates the rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, or remove or unpublish a listing, at any time for conduct that violates these Terms, poses a security or fraud risk, or otherwise harms the directory or its users. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms and your use of the service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms should be sent through the /contact form. We do not publish a mailing address, phone number, or support email for the directory at this time.
